It was a lovely little and good value hotel in a residential area. Next to the hotel, there were great restaurants called "mehanas" serving the best meals. - the service in general was TERRIFIC.

We loved our stay and didn't want to leave, definitely worth recommending, the breakfast had a great variety and the food was delicious.

Excellent value venue, perfect location very close to everything. the staff was excellent and extremely polite, offered great services. - the rooms were tastefully decorated and reasonably large and had an incredibly beautiful view of the Pirin mountain.

Our Christmas holiday at this hotel was a great experience. The staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The breakfast had a good range of options and was always fresh. The location was perfect - just a short stroll to the main square and close to all the shops.

The room was a little dated and in need of some renovation. The heating system was not very efficient and the room was very cold at times. The WiFi was a bit slow and kept dropping out.

The location was perfect, close to downtown and the lifts, yet peaceful with ample free street parking available. The spacious and spotlessly clean bedrooms and bathrooms provided the utmost comfort. The option to include breakfast and dinner was definitely a wise choice, as the meals offered a wide variety of delicious options to suit everyone's taste. We are already planning our next trip and highly recommend this hotel to all.

As a solo traveler, I loved the convenient location just a 10-minute walk from the gondola. the hotel also had a special room for equipment, which was great for storing my gear. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I appreciated the free parking on the street in front of the hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, as it is super close to the Gondola lift, a short walk from the main street, and ideal for a day in the slopes. the staff is helpful, and some rooms have a nice sitting room corner, providing a cosy atmosphere. the breakfast is good and perfect for a day in the mountains.

One downside is that there were various maintenance issues, including light fittings without bulbs and intermittent light switches, making the stay less comfortable.

I had a great time staying at this clean and well, managed hotel. the location was perfect, just a 10, minute walk to the gondola. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing a pick, up service and allowing early check, in. the room was warm and clean, with comfortable beds. Breakfast had a good variety, including toast, fruits, and hot beverages. After a long day of skiing, it was a relief to come back to this quiet and peaceful hotel.

Some minor maintenance issues with the bathroom could be improved.

The staff spoke good English and were friendly and helpful. The room had a nice sitting area and an instant hot water kettle.
